DESTINATION AND COST
Available delivery methods, destination eligibility, and final charges are displayed during checkout.
Review the information below before placing an order. Shipping availability and final charges are confirmed during checkout.
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing may be affected by product availability, order volume, holidays, or verification needs. When an order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email.
Availability may vary by destination. The shipping method and final charge available for your address will be shown at checkout.
Any delivery estimate available for your destination will be shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Carrier operations, customs, weather, holidays, remote destinations, or other disruptions may affect arrival.
After dispatch, the shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link when tracking details are available. Carrier updates may not appear immediately. You can also review our Track Your Order page for guidance.
Check your name, street address, unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and email before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact support@dawnmuse.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but an address may not be changeable after processing or shipment.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. Unless stated at checkout, these amounts are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility. Local authorities or carriers determine and collect applicable charges.
If tracking shows a significant delay or a package appears lost, email us with your order number and tracking details. We may need to investigate with the carrier before determining the appropriate next step.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, building management, the local delivery service, and the carrier before contacting us.
