If you notice an error, contact support@dawnmuse.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but an address may not be changeable after processing or shipment.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. Unless stated at checkout, these amounts are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility. Local authorities or carriers determine and collect applicable charges.
If tracking shows a significant delay or a package appears lost, email us with your order number and tracking details. We may need to investigate with the carrier before determining the appropriate next step.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, building management, the local delivery service, and the carrier before contacting us.
